RETURNS POLICY

All our orders are checked prior to dispatch, however if you unfortunately receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement for you.

A store credit will be issued for the website for returned items that qualify. 

We want to make sure you are happy with your Cactis product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from date of purchase to return the product to us as long as it is unused and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Products must be returned in BRAND NEW CONDITION - unused, unwashed, no stains, marks, breakages and returned with original packaging. If the item is not returned in brand new condition, it will not qualify for a credit. 

We do not accept exchanges on any Cactis accessories purchased. Please make sure when purchasing lids they are for the correct sized bottle.

PURCHASED ITEMS FROM A CACTIS WHOLESALER

If you have purchased a Cactis product from a Cactis wholesaler please contact the store you purchased your item from directly.

We are only able to assist customers that have purchased products directly through our website.

- All postage costs will need to be covered by you.

- When returning your item if it is not received or lost in transit we cannot offer a credit for the item. Due to this we recommend you return your item with tracking.
